Call for Papers
The Second International Conference on Technological Innovation and AI Research (ICTIAIR 2027) aims to provide an international forum for researchers, academics, professionals, and graduate students to present and discuss recent advances, innovative applications, and emerging trends in technological innovation and artificial intelligence. The conference welcomes original contributions in areas including:
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Big Data and Cloud Computing
- Internet of Things and Blockchain
- Technology and Engineering Management
- Technology for Education
- Energy and Sustainability.

Paper Submission
Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the official Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) submission platform, which is now open for submissions. All manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English and present original, unpublished research relevant to the scope of ICTIAIR 2027. Submissions must be prepared using the official IET Conference Proceedings Word or LaTeX template and comply with the corresponding manuscript preparation guidelines. Each paper should demonstrate its relevance to the conference scope, originality, technical quality, methodological rigor, and significance of the results.
All eligible submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and will be evaluated by independent reviewers based on originality, relevance, technical soundness, methodological quality, clarity of presentation, scientific or practical contribution, and overall significance. To ensure anonymity during the review process, authors must remove their names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and any other identifying information from the submitted manuscript. Self-citations should be written in the third person and must not reveal the authors’ identities. Accepted papers may require revisions, and authors must address the reviewers’ comments and submit the final camera-ready version by the specified deadline. Only papers that successfully complete the peer-review process, meet the conference’s quality and formatting requirements, and are presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Submission Guidelines
- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
- Only manuscripts written in English will be considered for review and publication.
- Papers must not exceed 6 pages in length, following the official format Guidelines (Click here). Papers of up to 8 pages may be accepted, subject to an additional fee for each page exceeding the 6-page limit (maximum of 2 extra pages).
- Submissions will go through a rigorous double-blind peer review, evaluated by three reviewers per paper.
- Evaluation criteria include originality, methodology, relevance, and technical soundness.
- All papers will be checked for plagiarism; the similarity index must be below 30%.

Authorship Policy (important)
All authors of the paper must be correctly registered in the submission platform metadata at the time the manuscript is submitted. The information entered in the system must match the list of authors included in the submitted manuscript.
Once the peer-review process has been completed, requests to add new authors to the paper will not be accepted.
Authors are therefore strongly encouraged to carefully verify the authorship list, author order, affiliations, and contact information before completing the submission.
Templates
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
